CHEESE DELIGHTS:
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups grated cottage cheese
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 finely - sliced onion
1 " finely cut ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying
METHOD:
Mix cottage cheese, chickpea flour, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander and salt. Knead to make a smooth dough.Divide into 20 equal portions to make slightly flattened patties. Heat oil and deep - fry until golden brown. Drain and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
NOTE-Makes 20
