TUNA DIP

TUNA DIP:

INGREDIENTS:

250gms cottage cheese,creamed
1 can tuna, drained and shredded
2 tsp each, lemon juice and rind
2 chives,chopped
4 gherkins, chopped
30ml thick mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sugar, a pinch

METHOD:
Process cheese, tuna, lemon juice, rind, chives, gherkins, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar until smooth. spoon into a dish and chill.

NOTES:Serve with freshly- baked bread or use as a filling for pancakes.
