CRISPY PRAWNS

CRISPY PRAWNS:

INGREDIENTS:(serves 2)

4oogm jumbo prawns
2 stalks spring onion,finely chopped
2 tbsp flour
For the marinade, mix together:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
For the batter, mix together:
6 tsp flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
50ml water

METHOD:
Shell prawns and slit open in butterfly shape. Wipe dry. Mix with the marinade and flour. Sprinkle spring onion on the prawns, coat with the batter and deep- fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
