SHUBASCA SALAD

SHUBASCA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

20 gms bell peppers of various colours, julienned
5 gms julienned onion
15 gms chopped lettuce
30 gms chopped tomato
10 gms chopped cucumber
1/2 tsp vinegar
Olive oil, a few drops
Salt and black pepper powder, to taste
Pomegranate seeds, as desired
10 gms feta cheese, crumbled
Minced green chilli, a pinch

METHOD:
  • Mix together all the ingredients, chill and serve cold.
NOTES  - serves  1
