CELERY SOUP

CELERY SOUP:

INGREDIENTS:

100 gm celery  (8 stalks )
1 lge potato
1 small onion
2 tbsp flour
30 gm butter ( 1 oz )
50 gm soyabean powder  (2 oz )
400 ml milk
300 ml chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
peel and chop onion, dice potato. Chop celery into small pieces. Blend flour with a little milk.

METHOD:
  • melt butter in cooker. Add onion and saute.Add soyabean powder, stir well. Add chicken stock, potato, celery and seasoning.
  • Close cooker, bring to full cooking pressure on maximum heat. Reduce to minimum heat and cook  for 3 minutes.
  • Allow cooker to cool gradually.Open and add the rest of the milk and the blended flour. Bring to boil and serve hot.
