VEGETABLE TIKKI

VEGETABLE TIKKI:

INGREDIENTS:

50 gms potatoes
150 gms mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green chillies, to taste
25 gms bread crumbs

METHOD:
  • Clean and cube potatoes. Chop the mixed vegetables. Cook the potatoes and vegetables separately till soft.
  • Leave aside to cool. When cool, mince vegetables and mash potatoes. Add the green chillies, salt and pepper and make small patties of the mixture.
  • Coat patties with bread crumbs and deep - fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
NOTES: Serve with a spicy dip.
