PANEER TIKKA:
INGREDIENTS:
100 gms cottage cheese
25 gms white sesame seeds
10 gms chopped ginger
10 gms chopped green chillies
5 gms cumin powder
10 gms chopped coriander
2 gms cardamom powder
25 gms cornflour
25 gms plain flour
1 tsp sesame seeds
METHOD:

METHOD:
- Grate cottage cheese and mix it with ginger, green chillies, cumin powder, salt, cardamom powder, sesame seeds and half the cornflour and plain flour.
- Mix well. Make even - size balls of the mixture and place a toothpick into each ball.
- Make a batter with the remaining cornflour, plain flour, sesame seeds and salt.
- Dip each ball into the batter and deep - fry in batches till golden brown.Serve with mint chutney.
